We've been having some security issues with people having a play with cars in the early hours to see whats inside or just to taken them, so I thought I'd check out a few different cameras to see how well the function. The Chinese cameras are incredibly cheap so I thought I'd check some out.

The quality of the video from some of these cameras is great, but as WiFi IP cameras they are pretty insecure so I wouldn't use one for filming anything you wouldn't want your grandmother and child's friends parents to see. But they are perfect for monitoring dark spaces or driveways from inside a closed window. Just remember to switch them off properly and don't go typing any passwords, credit card numbers or other private information with the camera looking at you and broadcasting it all to others.
